Return Eligibility :

  • With original tags attached and in its original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to send your package. Customers outside the UAE should note that shipping time may vary.

Damages and Issues : Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items : Certain items cannot be returned, including

  • accessories,
  • socks and innerwear (boxers, trunks, etc.),
  • perishable goods,
  • custom or personalized items,
  • personal care products,
  • and hazardous materials.

Sale Items : Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. No returns or exchanges are allowed on any items purchased during sale or promotional periods.

Discounted Orders : Certain promotional or discount codes may also restrict returns or exchanges; please check coupon terms before purchase.

Exchanges : For exchanges, the quickest method is to return the item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Wallet Refunds : Wallet refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after the returned item has been received and verified in our warehouse. If the refund does not appear within this timeframe, please contact our support team.

EU 3-Day Cooling-Off Period : For EU customers, orders shipped to the European Union include a 3-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds to Original Payment Method : Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 10 business days. Additional bank or card processing time may apply. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@grubss.com.
